Simon Rotzer



Simon Rotzer is a fourth year PhD student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His dissertation focuses on conscription, why countries choose to end or introduce it, and the consequences for civil-military relations. He received his B.A. in Political Science at the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt, Germany. Simon currently is the production manager for the International Studies Quarterly Journal (ISQ) housed at the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy at the University of Tennessee.
